Wednesday, 8-8 at noon we'll hear students from the Curtis Institute of Music in wind quintets by Lee Hoiby, Samuel Barber and Curtis student Chelsea Komschlies along with a trio by Heinrich Molbe and a quartet by Saint-Saens.  Curtis Calls, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evenings at 10.

This Wednesday (8-1) at noon on Curtis Calls we'll hear Romanze by Richard Strauss, Poeme by Ernest Chausson, and Brahms' Sonata No. 1 for piano & cello.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute, Wednesdays at nooon and Monday evening at 10.

Wednesday 7-25 at noon and Monday 7-30 at 10 pm on Curtis Calls we'll hear Debussy's Image, Book 1, a sonata by Domenico Scarlatti and Felix Mendelssohn's 2nd string quartet.  Performances by students at the Curtis Institute, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evening at 10. 

This Wednesday, 7-11 at noon on Curtis Calls we present Prokofiev's Flute Sonata and Mendelssohn's 2nd Piano Trio.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute of Music, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evening at 10. 

July 4th at noon on Curtis Calls we'll hear percussionist Neil Rao in music by Minoru Miki, Iannis Xenakis, Robert Honstein & Molly Joyce.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evenings at 10.

Wednesday's Curtis Calls is preempted for fund raising.  Monday evening's (7-2) program includes music for piano by Prokofiev & Schumann, for solo Flute by CPE Bach and for bassoon & piano by American composer William Davis.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute, this week Monday evening only at 10. 

Wednesday, 6-20 at noon we'll hear music from the graduation recital of violist En-Chi Cheng: Elegie, op. 44 by Alexander Glazunov, Bach's Partita in d minor BWV 1004 as transcribed for viola and the Viola Sonata by Mikhail Glinka.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute of Music, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evening at 10. 

Wednesday (6-13) at noon on Curtis Calls we'll hear harpist Abigail Kent in solo works by Bach, Farkas, Fauré, Godefried, Hindemith and Scarlatti and with fellow Curtis students in pieces by Debussy and Ravel.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evenings at 10.

This Wednesday, 6-6 at noon we'll hear Curtis students in Poulenc's Sonata for Violin & Piano, a waltz by Augustin Barrios & Davidsbundlertanze by Robert Schumann.  Performances from student recitals at the Curtis Institute, Wednesdays at noon and Monday evening at 10. 

Curtis Calls will be pre-empted this Wednesday at noon. To hear music by Mozart, Schumann and Curtis graduate Emily Cooley from Abigail Fayette's graduation recital listen Monday evening, 6/4 at 10.
