What Makes it Great - Beethoven’s Violin Concert

Host Rob Kapilow examines Beethoven’s only violin concerto this Friday (5/17 at 8 pm) with a repeat Saturday at 2 pm.

The Manhattan School of Music Camerata Nova and violinist Ariel Horowitz join host, composer and educator Rob Kapilow for this journey through one of the most famous, performed and loved violin concertos in the repertoire - Beethoven’s Violin Concerto in D-major. This performance took place last month at the Kaufman Center’s Merkin Concert Hall.
