The Dress Circle: More Bonus Tracks in the Age of the CD

Sometimes, it’s the smallest thing that can make one happy, and we’re going to explore something that makes us very happy on this week’s program (4/19 7:00 p.m.), bonus tracks.  We’ve dedicated a few shows to bonus tracks, but this time, we’re going to be focusing on those included with film soundtracks.

We’ve planned a program that includes cut songs, demos, and tracks not originally available on soundtrack recordings in the age of the LP from “Meet Me in St. Louis,” “Oklahoma!”, “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Gigi,” “Kismet,” “Carousel,” and more.  On this week's program, join us for songs and dances you never knew you missed.

Michael is program host and host of the WWFM Sunday Opera, Sundays at 3 pm, and co-host of The Dress Circle, Sundays at 7 pm.
