Celebrating Our Musical Future- Peabody Conservatory & Northwestern University

This the finale in our ‘broadcast’ academic year for this program, one we could finish as planned unlike the schools that partner with us for this unique program. This weekly program will take its annual summer break and be back in the Fall for season #12.
This program features two of the participating schools.
Part 1- The Peabody Conservatory Chamber Orchestra & Symphony Orchestra from the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University located in Baltimore perform music of Mozart & Richard Strauss.
Part 2 features head Northwestern University north of Chicago and the Bienen Contemporary/Early Music Vocal Ensemble led by noted choral conductor Donald Nally in Mr. Nally’s annual re-conception of the traditional English Evensong mixing sacred & secular in a concert setting to lift the soul.
