After a two-year pandemic-driven hiatus, Philadelphia is bringing back in-person performances for its Fall festival, which will kick off its 2022-2023 season. The Festival will include Rossini's Otello, a production of Toshio Hosokawa's The Raven, directed by Aria Umezawa, and David T. Little's operatic/cinematic work The Black Lodge, produced by Beth Morrison Projects. A Tempo host Rachel Katz this Saturday (3/26 at 7 pm) will speak with Umezawa, as well as Opera Philadelphia President and General Director David Devan and Director of New Works and Creative Producer Sarah Williams, about the season.

Opera Philadelphia's O22 Festival will include David T. Little's The Black Lodge as a cinematic and streaming event.
