Bach Choir of Bethlehem Concerts Reflect Passing of Artistic Leadership Torch

Former Artistic Director Greg Funfgeld directs his final Bach @ Noon concert, and Christopher Jackson conducts his first as the new Artistic Director in these two back-to-back all-Bach performances this Friday (10/7 at 8 pm).

Experience a musical passing of the torch through these two concert performances from the Bach Choir of Bethlehem, the oldest American Bach choir. Greg Funfgeld, who retired after 39 years, leads the choir in his final Bach @ Noon concert from this past June, and Christopher Jackson, who took on the role, leads a performance from July. The programs include Bach's Cantatas Nos. 34 and 51, First Solo Cello Suite, and the Orchestral Suite No. 3.
