From Brahms to Bacewicz with the Momenta Quartet

This week's Friday concert broadcast (2/17 at 8 pm) features the second part of a two-week series of performances from the Momenta Festival.

Momenta Quartet violinists Alex Shiozaki and Emilie-Anne Gendron selected the works on the two concerts included in this week's program, with compositions by Hirofumi Mogi, Grażyna Bacewicz, Stephan Wolpe, David Glaser and Johannes Brahms. All four members of the Momenta Quartet will join David Osenberg as hosts for this concluding broadcast of the four concerts that made up their Momenta Festival.
