Portrait of Composer Chen Yi

Wednesday (3-27) at noon on Curtis Calls we'll hear chamber music for strings, winds and percussion by Chinese composer Chen Yi performed by students at the Curtis Institute of Music.  Chen Yi grew up in China during the Cultural Revolution and now teaches at the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
