The Dress Circle: What to Wear for Easter

Your browser doesn’t support HTML5 audio

What will you be wearing this Easter? Tune in the Dress Circle this Sunday (3/31 7:00 p.m.) for some suggestions from the musicals.

Our songs are about pink taffeta and Alice blue gowns, buttons and bows, diamonds, baubles, bangles, and beads, top hat, white ties, and tails, a brand new suit, and a shine on your shoes. We’ll even think pink, talk about your strongest suit, and even discuss how to be lovely.

The musicals these ideas are originating in come form stage and screen and include “Easter Parade,” “Funny Face,” “Irene,” “Kismet,” “Aida,” “Hello, Dolly!”, “The Bandwagon,” and several others.

Our performers include Debbie Reynolds, Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, Carol Channing, Bob Hope, Ruth Ann Swenson, Sherie Renee Scott, Kay Thompson, Audrey Hepburn, and Eileen Brennan along with many others.

Imagine: something for Easter that won’t give you cavities or make you put on weight. It’s just a bit of fun and some wonderful music.
