Leon Botstein leads The Orchestra Now in works by Julia Perry, George Frederick Bristow, and Scott Wheeler, featuring Violinist Gil Shaham.

This week's Friday Night Concert Broadcast presents The Orchestra Now (TON) in a performance recorded last November and led by Music Director and Bard College President Leon Botstein. The all-American program includes Julia Perry's setting of the Stabat Mater and features mezzo-soprano Briana Hunter; violinist Gil Shaham in Scott Wheeler's Birds of America: Violin Concerto No. 2; and George Frederick Bristow's Symphony No. 4 "Arcadian", in a new edition by Prof. Kyle Gann. David Osenberg is your host for this concert broadcast. (Feb. 11 and 8 pm)
