Lincoln Center Education is hosting a series of workshops throughout the year for educators through its Activate! Program, and this year its presenters are delving into the concepts of "Radical Welcoming" - both in terms of the many students who will be return to in-person classrooms for the first time in nearly 18 months, and also to ensure that classrooms are comfortable spaces for students. The arts can play a role in that, and this week A Tempo host Rachel Katz speaks with Lincoln Center Education Scholar in Residence Christopher Emdin and choreographer Deborah Lohse, a teaching artist with Lincoln Center and New York City Ballet, about these concepts. Listen Saturday (8/14) at 7 pm.
