Dancing in the Dark is an event designed to help you lose yourself in a good way. It is designed to help you lose the invisible pressure you put on yourself; to help you shake off the tension and purely enjoy the music and the movement.
Host Shira Hofmekler was introduced to this unique dancing event in New York City, soon she realized this is the best therapy for a socially awkward person. During the night, you can step out for a water break or a chat, but if you are on the dance floor, it is DANCE TIME!
