Revel in the Songs of Ireland with Charlie Zahm at the Upper Shores Library
LAVALLETTE – The Upper Shores Branch of the Ocean County Library will host “Songs of Ireland: Celtic Music with Charlie Zahm” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 11.
It’ll be “Wearin’ o’ the Green” as everybody celebrates the joys of being Irish – even if you aren’t! Join us for a musical celebration of all things with singer Charlie Zahm. Sing along with the beautiful old songs of the Auld Sod, of Dublin City and Molly Malone, of the sea and the shamrock, and many more that make Irish music some of the best in the world.
Charlie Zahm is one of the most popular soloists at Celtic music festivals, Maritime, and American Traditional music events anywhere east of the Mississippi. Zahm weaves music with Scottish and Irish history for his audiences.
