The Voices Project Tea Party Fundraiser
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The Voices Project Hosts Tea Party Fundraiser to Empower Survivors Through the Arts
Coopersburg, PA – The Voices Project, a transformative initiative dedicated to helping survivors of abuse reclaim their voices through artistic expression, is hosting a Tea Party Fundraiser on Saturday, May 17th, from 12-2 PM at Jaquelyn’s On Main, Coopersburg.
This elegant event offers attendees a three-course tea while supporting a mission that fosters healing and resilience through creative performance.
Founded through Expressions of the Soul for Women and Theater Speak classes—developed by Donna Penna, Executive Director of World Wide Academy Training Services, Inc. and CEO of Sound Media Productions, LLC, in collaboration with Evans Counseling Center and Dr. Heather Evans, LCSW—The Voices Project brings together survivors to share their personal journeys of resilience through performance art. This initiative offers a transformative experience, allowing participants to continue the process of restoring their lives while inspiring the community with their courage.
In addition to the fundraiser, the event will highlight local counselors and organizations dedicated to supporting survivors, ensuring that the impact of The Voices Project extends beyond a single evening.
“We believe that every survivor deserves a healthy, fulfilling life, and this event is a step toward making that possible,” says Donna, the visionary behind The Voices Project. “This is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of resilience and hope.”
With a $45 donation, attendees directly contribute to the weekly class which culminates in a production including the participants.
A fundraising campaign is also running on givebutter.com, allowing additional opportunities to support The Voices Project both now and for future participants.
