This week's episode of the ASCAP Deems Taylor/Virgil Thomson Award winning program Between the Keys juxtaposes three concerted works:
Hindemith : Kammermusik No. 1, Riccardo Chailly conducting members of the Concertgebouw Orchestra, with pianist Ronald Brautigam.
Bach: Keyboard Concerto No. 5 in F Minor, Murray Perahia leads the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields from the piano.
Schubert: Wanderer Fantasy, arranged for piano and orchestra by Franz Liszt. Pianist Alfred Brendel is the soloist, along with Michael Gielen conducting the Orchester Der Wiener Volksoper.
