The French pianist Eric Heidsieck, who turned 90 in August this year, is the subject of this week's edition of the ASCAP Deems Taylor/Virgil Thomson Award winning program Between the Keys.
The Classical Network's Artist-in Residence Jed Distler presents memorable and often difficult-to-source recordings of Heidsieck in works by Handel, Beethoven, Roussel, Faure and Debussy. Tune in this Friday at 3:00 PM, with the rebroadcast Saturday at 6:00 PM, exclusively on The Classical Network and WWFM.org
