Members of Philadelphia-based Piffaro, the Renaissance band, perform music from the reign of Holy Roman Emperor Charles V, in this concert broadcast. The concert served as the last concert under Kimball and Wiemkin, who passed the leadership of the ensemble to member Priscilla Herreid, who began her tenure as artistic director in the current season. Kimball and Wiemkin join David Osenberg as hosts for this concert broadcast.
