In this month's live broadcast of the organ recital from Princeton University Chapel, James Hicks presents selections from the recordings in his Nordic Journey series, which includes new commissions, standard masterpieces of the Nordic school, and relatively unknown works from previous eras. This program features two works commissioned by Hicks - Tune from Leksand (from Dalecarlian Reflections) by Nils Lindberg, and Rain by Sigurður Sævarsson, as well as Eric Alvin's Symphonic Organ Piece.
