The Princeton Symphony Orchestra Is Featured This Week on the Friday Concert Broadcast

This Friday evening at 8 The Classical Network in Concert is happy to feature once again one of our longtime broadcast partners The Princeton Symphony Orchestra led by their Music Director Rossen Milanov. We’ll hear highlights from a concert they gave just last month featuring a new work by the Portuguese-born American composer Andreia Pinto Correia called Cipres and then the cheeky masterpiece from the brazen 19-year old Dmitri Shostakovich, his Symphony No. 1. We’ll also preview the PSO’s upcoming concerts where they’ll premiere a work by British-American composer Julian Grant and hear from the composer about the work.

David Osenberg is WWFM Partnership Manager, WWFM Music Director, Afternoon Host, and Host of award-winning Cadenza.
