Monday evening The Classical Network brings you another concert from Piffaro The Renaissance Band, the Philadelphia-based ensemble under Artistic Director Priscilla Herreid. This is unlike any past broadcast of this wonderful group; from concerts they gave last October we’ll hear "Tools of the Trade: Explore the Renaissance Musician’s Arsenal." Priscilla and group will lead us through the huge menagerie of instruments Piffaro perform upon in an ingenuous program laid our both historically and musically. She also joins David Osenberg as co-host for this broadcast, which will be re-aired Saturday afternoon at 2 pm.
