Copland, Saint-Saëns & Prokofiev with the Princeton Symphony on Friday Broadcast

Published October 8, 2026 at 12:32 AM EDT

Serbian-born cellist Maja Bogdanovic is the soloist in Saint-Saëns's first Cello Concerto in this broadcast Friday (10/9 at 8 pm).

Music Director Rossen Milanov leads the Princeton Symphony Orchestra in this concert, which closed out the PSO's 2025-2026 season last May. In addition to the Cello Concerto, the program includes Sergei Prokofiev's Symphony No. 5 and a rarity from Aaron Copland - his war-time work titled Letter from Home.
