This month's Music from the Institute for Advance Study in Princeton on Friday (2/26 at 8 pm) presents Bang On a Can All Stars pianist Vicky Chow in a work written for her by American composer and visual artist Tristan Perich, called Surface Image.
This hour-plus work finds Ms. Chow sharing the stage and sound world with 40 a-bit speakers in a fascinating and enveloping accessible work of symbiosis between human and machine.
