Celebrating Our Musical Future Features Rutgers Symphony in Berlioz, Martin and Norman

Celebrating Our Musical Future (5/15 at 8 pm) heads up to New Brunswick and the Douglas Campus of Rutgers the State University of NJ to the Mason Gross School of the arts and feature a concert given by the Rutgers Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Music Director Kynan Johns this past March. The concert consisted of three works by three composers from three centuries: the 19th, 20th and 21st…music of American composer Andrew Norman, Swiss composer Frank Martin’s Ballade for Alto Saxophone and Orchestra and Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique.
