Celebrating Our Musical Future (Monday 6/12 at 8 pm) features a potpourri of performances from the Peabody Conservatory at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Maestro Marin Alsop will lead The Peabody Symphony Orchestra in music by Richard Strauss, and there will also be three solo performances by Peabody undergraduate and graduate students on organ and bassoon, and then the newest new music ensemble at Peabody, Now Hear This, will perform music of Irish composer and Princeton University faculty member Donnecha Dennehy. David Osenberg will host this evening of diverse music from the Peabody Monday at 8:00 p.m.
