Tempesta di Mare Celebrates Telemann on this Week's Friday Night Concert

Join Philadelphia Baroque Orchestra Tempesta di Mare as The Classical Network in Concert broadcasts the first concert in the ensemble's Telemann 360 Project, marking the 250th anniversary of Georg Philipp Telemann's death.

As part of the project, Tempesta di Mare is staging concerts, lectures, panel discussions and other activities to celebrate this prolific and somewhat underappreciated Baroque Master. The Classical Network in Concert this Friday (10/6) at 8 pm features music as curated by Telemann's peers, including a work that was performed during his lifetime in Lancaster, PA. David Osenberg will be joined by the directors of Tempesta di Mare, Richard Stone and Gwyn Roberts as co-hosts for this concert broadcast.
