The Martin Best Ensemble visits Distant Mirror this Fiday evening with several of the Cantigas of Santa Maria from the 13th century court of Alfonso X, the Wise, King of Castile, songs in honor of the Virgin Mary in the tradition of the Provencal troubadors.
