We’re remembering tenor Jerry Hadley on this week’s Dress Circle (6/13 7:00 p.m.). Even though Hadley was best known for his work on the opera stage, he was featured on several studio cast recordings, and it’s through those recordings as well as three of his solo CDs that we’ll celebrate his talent. The studio cast recordings of the musicals include “Magdalena,” “Kismet,” “Candide,” and “Show Boat.”
The solo CDs from which we’ll be sampling include “Golden Days,” “In the Real World,” and “Standing Room Only.”
Join us for a pleasant evening of delightful music performed by another voice that was silenced far too early.
