Host composer, conductor & commentator Rob Kapilow’s live ‘What Makes It Great’ programs presented and recorded at the home of ‘What Makes It Great’ Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center in Midtown Manhattan were put on hiatus last year due to Co-Vid, but in the Fall of last year he went into the empty Hall with only recording engineers and guest artists and recorded three programs under the heading ‘Beethoven, the Pandemic & the Power of Connection’. This is the third & final of these special programs as he focuses on Beethoven’s Piano Trio in B-flat major, Op. 97 “Archduke” featuring the young & dynamic Horszowski Trio.
