London Philharmonic Orchestra with Patricia Kopatchinskaja

London Philharmonic Orchestra with Patricia Kopatchinskaja

The London Philharmonic Orchestra makes a rare visit, led by its Principal Conductor Edward Gardner alongside inspirational violinist Patricia Kopatchinskaja, both making their eagerly-awaited Carnegie Hall debuts. Join them on an emotional journey as Britten plows the depths of grief, Shostakovich whispers hidden truths, and Sibelius evokes the soaring flight of swans in his exhilarating Fifth Symphony. The concert opens with the jazz-influenced music of Tania León, Cuban-born New Yorker and LPO Composer-in-Residence.
