This is the second and final program in a series that looks at the work of composer/lyricist Sheldon Harnick whom we lost on June 23rd of 2023.

This is the first of three programs looking at songs from the musicals that let audiences know the inner thoughts of characters. Called "I Want" songs because they let us know what characters want that drives them to do the things they do throughout the show, these songs usually appear in the first 15 to 20 minutes of the show if they're included in the score. This program looks at 15 songs with "I Want" in their titles.
