The Dress Circle: Welcome Spring!

Welcome spring!   Although we did it officially back in March, we’re just getting around to it on this week’s Dress Circle (4/25 7:00 p.m.).   The musicals have sung about spring in many different ways, and we’re going to stage and screen for some of them.  Our roster includes stage songs from “The Water Gipsies,” “King David,” “The Littlest Revue,” “Three Wishes for Jamie,” “Seventeen,” and “Music in the Air.”  From the big and little screens we’ve got “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers,” “Frozen,” and “Hans Brinker or the Silver Skates.”

We’ve got a “Spring Pageant,” a “Spring Fete,” and a “Warm Spring Night.”  “Spring Doth Let Her Colours Fly” as we say “Hello, Springtime” and wonder “Why Should Spring Have all the Flowers?”

“After all, It’s Spring”!
