Harpsichordist Gavin Black will play an hour-long program of selections from Bach' Well-Tempered Clavier, on a double-manual harpsichord in the German style built in 1978 by the renowned American instrument maker Keith Hill. This is the first of five short recitals planned for this season, presented by Princeton Early Keyboard Center, in which Gavin will continue his exploration of W-T C, and also perform a wide selection of keyboard music of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The other dates in the series are 11/15/25, 1/10/26, 2/28/26, and 4/18/26.
