We all deserve to be happy, and we’re hoping to help you kick off a Happy New Year on this week’s “Dress Circle (12/31 7:00 p.m.) with some “happy” songs from the musicals spanning some eight decades.
Our songs will be about a myriad of topics from whistling a happy tune, singing happy, talking happy, and generally being happy.
