The Dress Circle: Some of Ted's Favorites

It’s Ted’s Turn.As promised, we’re looking at some of Ted’s favorites on this week’s Dress Circle (10/26 7:00 p.m.) that will include three songs from his favorite musical (He actually as one of those.), Stephen Sondheim’s “Follies.”

Along with “Follies,” Ted has also chosen songs from two other Sondheim shows, “Into the Woods,” and “A Little Night Music.”The latter features his favorite rendition of “Send in the Clowns” by Judi Dench from the 1996 National Theatre revival in London.

Some of the other shows include “The Secret Garden,” “South Pacific,” “Children of Eden,” “Rags,” and “The Prom.”

He’s ending his list with the first song he learned as a child, “When You Wish Upon a Star,” performed by the only true Jiminy Cricket, Cliff Edwards.

There were more, but we only have so much time, so Ted had to make some tough choices. We hope you’ll tune in on Sunday to hear what made his cut.
